By order of March 11, 1986, the Court, while retaining jurisdiction, remanded this case to the Michigan Tax Tribunal for reconsideration and further opinion in light of First Federal Savings & Loan v. City of Flint, 415 Mich 702 (1982). On order of the Court, the opinion on remand of the Michigan Tax Tribunal having been filed on October 16, 1986, the applications for leave to appeal are again considered, and they are DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to set a briefing schedule is also considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that there is a need for further briefing.
